01Does the seller need to accept crypto?
No. The seller receives USD through the normal closing process. Moneytka converts before funds reach title or escrow.
02Does Moneytka buy the property for me?
No. You purchase through the legal, title, and escrow structure set up for your transaction.
03What is the minimum property value?
We focus on purchases where the property is valued at US$1 million or more. The amount you convert may differ from the purchase price. Both are reviewed in your initial evaluation.
04How long does the process take?
Compliance onboarding usually takes several business days. Conversion and wire timing depend on the asset, verification status, and banking cutoffs. You receive an estimated timeline before authorizing conversion.
05Can USD go to my personal bank account?
For real estate closings, USD is wired to the title company, escrow, or authorized attorney per closing instructions.
06What documents will I need?
Typically: government ID, proof of address, wallet ownership, crypto source, wealth source, property or contract details, title/escrow wire instructions, and entity documents if buying through a company.
07What about taxes?
Consult tax advisors in your home country and in the United States. Moneytka does not provide tax advice.
08Can I start before I have a property under contract?
Yes. We can begin a preliminary eligibility review and document preparation, subject to compliance and approval.
